  For the price, it worked as I expected. I got leaner and stronger, and didn't see any crazy spikes or crashes. Pretty reliable and effective.

  Honestly, I didn't think I would get much out of this, but I have already noticed I have leaned out a lot. I'll probably stick with this one for a while.
